These 4,000m Peaks, sometimes described as the roof of the Alps, are spread across 9 regions in France, Switzerland and Italy. The routes described include classic peaks such as the Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and the Jungfrau, to classic traverses of great ridges such as the Aiguilles du Diable.
