Sierras de Tejeda PN, Almijara y Alhama

Topographic map of the whole 'Natural Park of Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama', more than 40,000 hectares of protected area with an impressive natural wealth. The peaks, some more than 2,000 m high, are a natural border between the provinces of Granada and Malaga. The rugged landscapes make this area an ideal place for hikers of all levels. From a cultural point of view, the Muslim heritage is present throughout the territory, with whitewashed villages scattered throughout the area. It is worth highlighting Salares, which with its Alminar Tower, is an architectural jewel. The cartography of these mountains is presented on two sheets at a scale of 1: 25,000 where all the itineraries of the Natural Park, the long and short trails and a suggestion of 34 itineraries will allow to explore all the corners of the park in depth. The legend of the map is translated into 4 languages and the presentation of this publication in the form of a pouch with a completely renewed design makes it an excellent tool to get to know the park today.
